Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

This policy explains what data Jijingibase collects when you use our site or create a lab, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

1. Data we collect

Account data

When you sign up, we store your email address, display name, and account creation date, tied to your Firebase Authentication account.

Lab & product data

Anything you create inside your lab — products, Discover page content, environment variables, feedback and suggestions you receive — is stored under your account and is not accessible to other labs, except for the specific fields you choose to publish (see "What's public" below).

Analytics data

If you add the Jijingibase tracking snippet to a product you've built, it collects basic usage signals (session counts, device type, approximate country, page activity) for that product so you can see it in your dashboard. This data belongs to your lab and is never shared across labs.

2. What's public

When you publish a product, a small set of fields — its name, description, image, live URL, status, and your developer name — becomes visible in the shared Public Directory and on your Discover page. Everything else about your lab (vault contents, private feedback, audit logs, unpublished products) stays private to you.

3. How we use your data

4. Third-party services

Jijingibase runs on Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and data storage, and is hosted on Netlify. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments; we don't control their infrastructure directly but we do choose what we send them.

5. Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual products at any time from your project workspace. To delete your entire account and lab, contact us — we'll remove your data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain records by law.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or export your own lab data at any time from your dashboard. If you'd like a full copy of your data or have it deleted, contact us and we'll handle it directly.

7. Cookies

We use only the minimum needed to keep you signed in and remember your session — see our Cookie Policy for the specifics.

8. Children's privacy

Jijingibase is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know directly.
