Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

These terms govern your use of Jijingibase. By creating a lab, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your credentials to yourself, and let us know right away if you think someone else has access to your lab.

2. Your content, your responsibility

Everything you build, publish, or store in your lab is yours. We don't claim ownership over your products, code, or Discover page content. You're responsible for making sure what you publish doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights and complies with applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jijingibase to:

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, remove published content that violates them, or reclaim slugs that were squatted or used to impersonate someone.

4. The Public Directory & Discover pages

Publishing a product makes specific fields (name, description, image, status, URL, your developer name) visible to anyone visiting the Discover directory. You can unpublish at any time to remove your listing.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep Jijingibase reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss from third-party infrastructure failures, or issues in products you build on the platform.

6. Plans & billing

Jijingibase currently offers a free plan for every lab. If paid plans are introduced later, we'll communicate pricing and any changes to existing accounts clearly before they take effect.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

9. Disclaimer

Jijingibase is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use it at your own judgment, especially for anything business-critical while the platform is still early.
